When to use it
Use to inspect a media file before processing it: how long it is, what codecs it uses, its resolution. Give a URL or base64 bytes.

base64 | string (≤ 28000000 chars) | Base64-encoded file bytes, up to 20 MB once decoded. Use instead of url. |
Output
Returns data with: streams: [{codec, type, width, height, duration_s, bit_rate}], duration_s, size_bytes, format.
