When to use it
Use for holiday calendars, or to check whether a date is a business day, for example when counting working days toward a deadline. Computed offline, so it is fast and always available.

include_observances | boolean | Also include observances and optional days, not only public and bank holidays. Default: false. |
on | string | Date YYYY-MM-DD to check for business-day status. |

Returns data with: country, subdivision, year, holidays: [{date, name, type}], count, on: {date, is_weekend, holiday, is_business_day}.
